What’s Your Truth?

I don’t believe in gurus or ultimate authorities. I believe in resonance. Along the way, certain voices, teachings, and ideas have lit up my path—like breadcrumbs reminding me of who I really am. Some of these are ancient, some are modern, some are scientific, some are mystical.

What matters isn’t whether you agree with all of them—it’s whether something stirs inside you when you encounter them. That stirring is your truth trying to get your attention.
