How to prepare for the session
- I suggest you lie down in a comfortable place during your sessions. A comfortable chair is an acceptable alternative.
- Please select a room or space where you can close the door and enjoy your privacy.
- I suggest you close your eyes during your sessions, however, if you are more comfortable with them open, that is also okay. However your sessions may be more consciously experiential with your eyes closed.
- Let go and release your expectations!
- It is possible that physical sensations may be felt very strongly. Please allow yourself to enjoy this.
My intent during these sessions is to bring you back into balance on all levels physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

The Quantum Reconnection is my remote version of the Personal Reconnection, a powerful two-day process designed to reconnect your energy grid to the Earth's field and the universe. These sessions must be scheduled within a 4-day span, with one session on each day. Most clients prefer back-to-back sessions. Each session lasts one hour.
Why Do We Need to Be Reconnected?
At one time, our energy grid extended beyond the boundaries of our bodies, connecting us to the Earth's larger energy grid and the universal field. Over time, a disconnection occurred, cutting us off from this greater field and the higher aspects of ourselves.
